Terms and Conditions
Last updated 6 October 2026.
These terms apply to every order and booking placed through this website. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order or booking you agree to them. They do not affect your rights as a consumer under UK law.
1. About us
The Lash Hub is based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. You can contact us at lashubuk@gmail.com.
2. Placing an order
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. Until then we may decline it, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud.
- Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- If we discover a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- You must be 18 or over to place an order.
3. Payment
Payment is taken in full when you place your order (or the deposit shown, for masterclass bookings). Payments are processed by Stripe, which accepts major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. We do not see or store your card details.
4. Delivery
- We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. The options, prices and estimated times for your address are shown at checkout once you enter your postcode.
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Delivery estimates are in addition to that and are not guaranteed.
- Please check your address carefully. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address, and changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
- The items become your responsibility when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
5. Cancelling and returns
- As a consumer you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have 14 days to send the items back. Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. You pay the cost of returning them unless they are faulty or not as described.
- For health and hygiene reasons this right does not apply to sealed products that have been opened, including lashes, adhesives, primers, bonders, sealants, cleansers and eye pads.
- Digital products are delivered immediately. By agreeing at checkout to receive them straight away, you accept that the right to cancel ends once the download begins.
- We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of you showing us that you have sent them.
- If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you have further rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires.
Full details are in our Returns and Refunds policy.
6. Digital products
- When you buy a digital product we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning or practice.
- You may not copy, share, sell or publish it, in whole or in part.
- Download links have a limit on the number of downloads and expire after a period of time. If you lose access, contact us and we will help where we reasonably can.
7. Masterclass bookings
- A booking is made by choosing a date, providing your details and paying the deposit shown. Your place is held for 30 minutes while you pay. The booking is confirmed when we email you.
- Any remaining balance is due as stated on the class page and in your confirmation. If it is not paid when due, we may release your place.
- Your deposit secures your place and the materials and model arranged for you, so it is not refundable if you cancel or do not attend. If you give us at least 14 days' notice we will move you to another available date once, free of charge.
- If we have to cancel or change a date, we will offer you another date or a full refund of everything you have paid.
- You must be 18 or over to attend. Please arrive on time, follow the trainer's safety guidance and treat the model, trainer and venue with respect. We may end a session without refund if behaviour puts anyone at risk.
- Certificates are issued on completion of the class.
8. Using our products
Our lash extension products are professional products intended for trained lash technicians. Always follow the instructions supplied, patch test before use on a client, store products as directed and keep them away from children. We are not responsible for loss or injury caused by misuse, except where the law says otherwise.
9. Discount codes
Codes have their own conditions, such as a minimum spend, an end date or a limit per customer, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw a code that is being misused.
10. Your account
Keep your details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
11. Reviews
Reviews can be left by customers who have bought the product from us and are checked before publication. By posting a review you allow us to display it on our site and marketing. We may decline or remove reviews that are offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.
12. Our content
The text, photos, videos, logos and course materials on this site belong to The Lash Hub or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, other than to browse and buy from the site.
13. Our responsibility to you
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
- We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, as we supply to consumers.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will tell you and do what we reasonably can to reduce the effect.
14. Complaints and the law
If something has gone wrong, email lashubuk@gmail.com and we will do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, where you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
